Last I heard yes but she there was talk about her playing in Italy I thought she stopped that this year (there’s a story behind it but that’s too much for this thread) From what I’ve seen she’s working with youth volleyball players in Iowa/club teams, not vet school yet hate to admit that I loved a Nebraska player so much. Bc ya know hating Nebraska is my brand but I loved her secretly lmao |

I don't want to pry so if it is personal, then nevermind, but if not, is the story someplace on this board? Also then hell yeah, why isn't she playing?? I figured she was in Vet school purgatory ( I had friends in vet school, it's no joke. Never saw them again). Also $10k sounds really low, but I guess it's for a really limited time and an inaugural season. How does that compare to other pro volley leagues? |

Cool watching Willow play, but selecting these scrimmage teams is a different skill.

She's never said afaik why she's not playing. My best guess was she didn't want to get stuck in Europe with covid going on (I wish she was in AU, I thought the Larson connection might persuade her) |

I really wish they brought in some Asian player for the clout. The 1k views in facebook are underwhelming.

The time difference is what really holds it back. Wasn’t able to watch the first game. 2nd game started around 6:30 am here. |

Really excited for this league to get going after the successful season Athletes Unlimited Softball had! Didn't get to watch the games live but the highlights looked like some good vball. They showed Nwanebu crushing a shot and it's nice to see some faces we haven't seen much since their college days.

Larson’s ball control skills were on clear display. The only other outside that controlled the ball anywhere near hear was Lichtman. They both made their teams better but Larson clearly made the team go.
