Some other details from Italy.
Countries will have to submit a 35 players/staff list to to the FIVB by the end of April. That must be cut down to 25 by mid-May.
Constant testing will take place throughout the duration of the bubble. Teams are getting more info on the bubble soon.

I just noticed Lee isn't in the USAV website. Is she out of the team? Lake and Rettke were removed too but one retired and the other is still in college but will probably be a mainstay on the team when she finally moves on. Do we know if Rettke will be graduating this spring or will she return to play for Wisconsin in the fall? |

I would think Karch would be eager to get folks in the gym and training while he waits for the longer foreign leagues to wrap up. I do see what you mean though. |

I would think Karch would be eager to get folks in the gym and training while he waits for the longer foreign leagues to wrap up. I do see what you mean though. Im not sure there is time to do that... Players will need a break after the club season and the turnaround for the national team season is right there. But I don't know. The Japan players are already back in the NT gym. I'll be curious to see if I see JWO back soon. |

That's too bad! I hope that this doesn't create a dominos effect of teams dropping out!
What will this mean to future VNL's? Will Serbia have to re-qualify or is it based on world rankings?

According to FIVB there are some teams that haven't agreed yet, by the looks of it Serbia is one of them. If true then I'm surprised they're not even sending a B Team like how they did in the previous years and just withdrew altogether. It's not like they have to travel far since Italy is hosting. |

I expect it will though I'm not sure Terzic even cares since he might retire after the Olympics. His main goal is gold in Tokyo after that it's up to their federation to pick up the pieces. |
