Unsung hero of the night: Rachel Kilkelly. She really stepped up to bat in the final two sets and held down the backrow.

Wow. What a match. So fun, amazing volleyball, huge swings, massive digs.
12/10 would watch again.

Congrats to the Gophers on a hard fought win and kudos to Purdue for an amazing performance, it’s kind of sad that someone had to lose this game

Unsung hero of the night: Rachel Kilkelly. She really stepped up to bat in the final two sets and held down the backrow. And Wenaas! The announcers didn’t mention her once! But she had some nice digs. Also why do Minnesota’s injuries/illness happen at positions they are most thin at?!?

You’re right, she was dependable in the passing opportunities she got. Really nice having all 3 freshman be able to contribute.

It was a long wait for volleyball, but tonight's match made it worth it! One hell of a match from two teams that should be Top 10.

Did the rules change this year? I've seen some replays where it looks like hair is surely touching the net but no net calls are called.

Well, one thing is for sure, the start of the 2nd set for PSU-Illinois looks like a D2 match compared to the Purdue/Minnesota match!

What a great match. I don’t see a way tomorrow is as entertaining. Samedy, Cleveland, and Newton have to be gassed. Purdue serving really started to fall off at the end.

Would really like to know what caused McGraw to leave the match. She was walking, unassisted, towel around her neck, flanked by trainers out of the gym.
