How long is the break between set 2 and 3? I thought they did away with that years ago.

They did it last year as well. They try to almost always have two littles on the floor but they want her as a back row option when Newton isn’t back there. Newton and Cleveland don’t play back row at the same time. I feel like they could have some nasty back row combo attacks though if they were both there. Who needs defense when you could have that firepower? Neither of them knows how to pass. They receive with two the majority of the time. And Newton hits a nasty D ball out of serve receive. Purdue’s real problem is just finding a third consistent scoring option.

Set 2 certainly played out differently. Gophers are having passing problems again, leading to predictable setting. The hitting percentages have evened out now.

CC is on the bench, so she's at least in the gym. It might be a concussion because I think she got hit in the face last night.

Shaft master isn’t locating her backsets well when Samedy is front row.

6-2 Purdue Newton kill being challenged by Minnesota I think I can count the number of successful touch challenges in Holloway on one hand.

If Purdue wins today, would it bump them into top 10? I honestly think they belong in the top 10 regardless

Minnesota block coming alive, 2 in last 3 points 9-8 Purdue Purdue TO Haven't watched Purdue enough this year, but It seems like their weakest rotation is on the Shaffmaster service, for those more in touch, is that more Purdue's rotation or Shaffmaster's serves?

Samedy sighting. Felt like forever since had a kill (since sometime in middle of 2nd set?)
