Isn't the time by bus from Pauley to Galen on par with the time by bus from Seattle to Pullman? I don't live in LA, but since Google says "with usual traffic" it's 20 minutes, I'm going to guess "no". I was joking, of course, but 20 minutes is pretty wildly optimistic even for 10PM on a Sunday night during Covid. pre/post Covid expect 30-40 minutes best case during the day, and 60-90 minutes if you are anywhere close to rush hour. Edit: I drive it sporadically, not every day. I drove it today and it sucked.

Regarding how exciting Omaha is, if anyone should know, it would be the Creighton Bluejays. or Counting Crows or Peyton Manning

Not trying to start a debate about whether or not people should wear masks.
Do we know if the Pac-12 mask mandate will continue to be enforced for its teams within the championship bubble/if teams like Minnesota or Wisconsin that were wearing them full-time will be doing so?

I'm pretty sure they don't have to. But I wouldn't be surprised if they were, at least for the early rounds.

I could be wrong, but I think the Pac-12 mask mandate was so schools could test less frequently. Everybody is getting tested daily in Omaha (like basketball teams did all season).

I'm going to laugh if Kentucky wins the title this year or before Florida does. If that happens Mary Wise should take matters in her own hands and step down. Top 5/10 classes every year and only make the FF once or twice the past decade is kind of sad.

IMO Wise’s record does warrant a bit more of our ire given her recruiting.

I feel like Penn State/Texas/Nebraska all being in the same regional isn’t getting enough action. I mean, if this were any other year, this would be a pretty big deal. These are 3 of the 4 most successful programs in modern collegiate vb.

As far as calling them the most successful teams it would depend on what you call "modern" UCLA, Long Beach State, USC and Hawai'i would all have more national championships than Texas all-time.

Unquestionably the top three teams alongside Stanford (unless I'm forgetting someone).
