Brambilla with a block, a kill, an ace, and then effectively another ace to end the match.
She was like: "It's time for this to end now, please."

This is probably better for the Gophers v GT match thread, but the Gophers grind out wins as well as anyone in the country. Can they contain Bergmann and Brambilla enough? I will definitely keep my eye on that one.

The German national team watching Bergmann I thought she’s previously been involved with Brazilian National Team stuff? Might be hard for Germany to get her!

The German national team watching Bergmann I had no idea she was from Germany via Brazil. It seems Georgia Tech must have done a bit of recruiting in Brazil a few years ago.

Bergmann was a member of the (senior) Brazil national team at the Pan Am Games, I believe. Not sure she played.

She was born in Germany, moved to Brazil. It was a big deal for her to come to the NCAA. Ze Roberto (Brazil's NT coach) said absolutely not. And Bergmann was like naaah I want that degree (and to be coached by Pinheiro and Collier) so here she is.

Am I correct in thinking that the Pan Am Games is usually where they send the junior members of the senior national teams? That is to say, not the A-teams, but rather the players they want to have get some experience?
