That's because they have nobody in their pipeline and were forced to do this oh you're right, looking now for their performances on the last VNL, World Champs, Asian Champs... reasonable I mean, they made the final 6 in the WCh. Granted they got a massive favor from Serbia, but still ... being with Serbia, Italy, China, Netherlands (2018 Netherlands), USA, and beating out teams like Brazil, Russia is not a bad place to be. But apparently the fans are not happy with their performances.

yes. Gonch was terrible in the champions league this year. I'm interested to see if she can show up for the VNL. She wouldn't be in my top 5 going into the competition but wasn’t Smarzak even worse this pro season if that’s what we are basing it on? Gonch is old, that's the difference.

Ebrar will get moved to OH when Vargas is eligible. I'm pretty sure she was at OH when Vakif almost beat Imoco at the Club WCH Yeah, she was! Haak was there all the time. i don't know who to pick for OH with her, Baladin is an option but Sahin is increasing and i like her style of play.

Japan didn't beat Brazil and didn't face Russia but still made it to the Final 6 in WCH. i wonder if they could win over the Russians that time.

hm is she solidly better than Tandara and Gonch? yes. Gonch was terrible in the champions league this year. I'm interested to see if she can show up for the VNL. She wouldn't be in my top 5 going into the competition Goncho hasn’t looked good for a few years IMO

I think we will see a Karakurt(OH), Ismailoglu and Boz pin trio at least once for Turkey during the prelims.

Guidetti's life was hard that day.

Also, Natalia didn't have her hand bandaged during her live stream chat for the FIVB on instagram today. I thought she broke her hand? If so, she doesn't seem that affected by it/might have recovered already?

If so, she doesn't seem that affected by it/might have recovered already? i readed she broke and finger during block training. She had a quick surgery but already trains with balls, but no blocking or attacking for now.
