Someone needs to get that memo to Coach Moseley. Also, I’m sure most of those 7 titles have been in women’s hockey. They have, but it doesn't matter to me. I thought Tsipis was a good choice. I think Moseley is a good choice. They just need to get the talent. I don't just know why they can't. Ironically, nobody has been as good as Lisa Stone ever was.

Will their forever be an asterisk placed next to the 2021 NCAA Champions because of the unique set of circumstances. It seems like the teams with the most 5th year players found the most success.

If you have a little list of champions posted on your wall and want to put an asterisk next to Wisconsin, knock yourself out. However, there almost certainly won't be an asterisk in the official record book.

When I compare the age and experience of the two teams in the 2021 championship vs. well, most every other team - there is a significant difference. Ohio State competed well, but had one 5th year player - a defensive specialist.

Instead the NCAA record book as used in unique times.

Asterisk? Hammill’s neck tattoo was paid for by a booster wasn’t it? ::eye roll::
All teams were under the same circumstances. It is no one’s fault that some rosters had multiple seniors choose to return as was granted to them by the NCAA. If this was a violation of rules, then by all means, asterisk the badgers. This was not.

The asterisk goes on the previous season when WI had to sit out a month, with the asterisk meaning yes final four but probably would have been better.

Bucknut is just bitter his team gotten beaten by the ACC, and not even the best ACC teams.

The big difference between Moseley and Sheff’s situations? Sheff had Carlini. The others were no slouches, either. Does Moseley have a Carlini? What would it take to get her one?

Does Moseley have a Carlini? What would it take to get her one? Someone willing a pay a ridiculous amount of NIL money to a recruit to play BB in Madison over a proven program.

Coach Waite had the cupboard full despite the inability to motivate his last few years. I don’t know if any spirt in Madison that should ever struggle with recruiting.

I don’t know if any spirt in Madison that should ever struggle with recruiting. And yet, Coach Kelsey and Coach Tsipis both had trouble keeping local talent at home.
