Going into the finals, Petersen had a very slight edge over Iosia in the stats over the course of the season. The biggest mistake of the match was Iosias over head pass on serve receive that went right thru her hands.. that was an extremely costly error!!! I'd say the biggest error was O'Brien serving out in the third set after that timeout

Why should they? They have worked their ass off to earn that spot, as long as they’re having success, that should be their choice. the difference is the coaches i have mentioned that have retired WON a title. On the other hand... this is such a shallow train of thought. How many coaches get to the consistent level of any you have mentioned? As a person who has employed all ages of people , I can tell you that younger is certainly not better. Experience and work ethic of that generation is the reason for their success.

My original post pertains that Wise should just retire as most of her colleagues did.

And my response was why should she with her level of success.Because she’s old?

How would this Kentucky team stack up to past ncaa champions? I’d say pretty well. No weaknesses and Lilley ran one of the best offenses I’ve ever seen at the college level. I so wish we had one more year of her. Ugh They would have been right there with any of them. I might be biased but I think Stanford 2019 may too big of a hill for them to climb

I know Kentucky's passing was elite this year, but Miss Hancock might have had something to say about that had she played against this team.

Them playing 2017 Nebraska would be fun. Albrecht Vs stumler : battle of the crafty OH2s Does Stumler never follow the setter? Does Skinner hit the ball better on the right side? Stumler might be in the OH2 position but she is their best outside where Albrecht was Nebraska’s clear #2. I might be wrong season wise but Stumler was the better player this tournament.

I might be wrong season wise but Stumler was the better player this tournament. keep in mind, OH2 typically has more passing rotations and Stumler is also a backrow threat. That gave them three attackers, sometimes four, when A Skinner is front row.

Stumler is way way more offensive than Albrecht was.... but who doesn’t enjoy watching Albrecht pass dime and dime 😍
