Big part of opponent prep vs teams that go quick is making a pre determined decision on where middles are going to go on great passes. Ah yes All those middles who got beat by UK’s offense this year clearly just forgot to prep bump proven :/

Not that she is Curry, but Walker impressed me at times. Next UK libero? Skinner has Beavin, Walker and Tharp to chose from. I think our back row will be fine. From what I saw in the tourney, I like Walker. I thought Tharp had too many bad passes and gave up too many aces.

Ah yes All those middles who got beat by UK’s offense this year clearly just forgot to prep bump proven :/ You’re not well. This addresses neither of the things you said that are demonstratively false. What I said word for word is “ “Big part of opponent prep vs teams that go quick is making a pre determined decision on where middles are going to go on great passes” You quoted me as the following “ "good teams prep and know where good passes are going" As anyone who isn’t mentally ill, illiterate or lying can clearly see, what you quoted me as saying is in fact not what I said, or even close. I of course can’t copy and paste the part where I said Slay would have been successful, because I didn’t say that, in fact I said nobody would. You can debate an opinion I hold and post, I have no problem with that. In this case you’re debating fact and reality, which healthy people know isn’t debatable.

She wasn't the best in the semis and finals (and Walker played outstanding) but definitely not a good sample of her skill.

As anyone who isn’t mentally ill, wow Changing the narrative is an act of someone who doesn’t have the truth or facts on their side. Accusing me of diminishing the seriousness of mental illness doesn’t change the fact you did in fact completely misquote me and that I did in fact never suggest Slay would stop Kentucky.

Congrats to the Kentucky Wildcats. And not to take anything away from their historical win, but I was hoping either Wisconsin or Minnesota was going to finally win the big one. They've both have great fans support. Pretty sure they've been averaging a few thousands in attendance per home matches for several decades now.
But nonetheless, Kentucky winning it is a positive thing in my opinion for the NCAA women's indoor volleyball sport. Now it once again gives me hope that any school can accomplish what the Kentucky Wildcats did by winning the N.C.. Other than a pro-Kentucky fan, who would have thought that the newest school to win the N.C. was going to be Kentucky?

Not really sure how Kentucky winning the NC makes you believe that anyone can win a national championship. Lilley is a generational type player and the Skinner sisters are absolute studs. Kentucky had weapons at every position and this was the year after losing their highest ranked recruit up until 2017. You make it seem like Kentucky won with a group of walk ons/underrated recruits lol

Stumler was so ridiculously impressive in the tourney. Perhaps she's someone actually worthy of comparison to a young Jordan Larson. I feel like that comparison gets thrown around too easily for some other players. Just cuz a girl can hit more than two shots doesn't make her the next Larson. I mean Jordan Larson never hit .345 on a season And this is coming from the biggest Larson fan on this board To be fair, Larson played against better competition through the course of her season than stumler did.

I thought Tharp had too many bad passes and gave up too many aces. Tharp has been very solid for 3 years. She was a little shaky in the last two matches at times but she has been an important piece for Kentucky since she got there. Beavin is the scholarship lib and coming in the year after curry leaves which isn’t a coincidence. Obviously it’s anyone’s spot, I would say Tharp and beavin are the front runners for that spot. They played for the same highschool and Tharp started as a senior while beavin was on jv as a freshman. Obviously a 14 year old compared to an 18 year old is much different than 18 compared to 22. Beavin is a beast in serve receive and that is certainly her biggest asset. I think we see both of them on the court next year but I’m not sure who will get the jersey.

When I was watching the match and seeing Lilley and her digs adding up I thought of Hunter and PSU. Texas made a choice to try and take Lilley's setting away as much as they could because as it was said during the match UK numbers go down when that happens. I never said Hunter is better than Lilley. Second watching Madi Skinner go off, and by the way I think she out played her sister and should have been on the All Tourney team. Anyway watching Madi as a Frshman go off my first thought was Foecke. Both played in the moment and the moment was not too big for them. Third I think it is beautiful to watch a team so in sync with each other. Like watching the GS Warriors in the championship years or the 85 Villanova BB team in the championship game against Georgetown. I also think Texas played a great match. Both teams hitting .300 plus and as it played out they just was a few points here and there that was the difference. It was a great match.

Changing the narrative is an act of someone who doesn’t have the truth or facts on their side. Accusing me of diminishing the seriousness of mental illness doesn’t change the fact you did in fact completely misquote me and that I did in fact never suggest Slay would stop Kentucky. The truth is 1) your initial sentence that I quoted was worthless, 2) you obviously don't understand what paraphrasing is, 3) ironically, I never accused you of diminishing the seriousness of mental health -- all I said was "wow," 4) however, glad you brought it up, because you absolutely did, and 5) you clearly can't handle conversations like this without turning into an ignoramus, so I'll peace out at this point. But hey, at least dirtrider at likes your posts! That's definitely a clear sign your posts aren't at all nonsensical lol.
