You're going to be having the same feelings about Wucherer, who "should've shown loyalty to the state that educated and trained her" in a few years, I am sure is Wucherer very highly touted? I don't really follow ratings that highly, but my understanding is that she is top-5, top-10 type of player in her class. Others who follow it closely could provide better insight.

The first 4 taken were 2021 recruits. Wucherer was the #3 player from her class. Top 5 is pretty accurate - or at least top 10.

Shouldered a big load for USAV A1 and Sting and can swing from anywhere. Cleans up alot of OOS stuff too.

and we haven't even started the four years of Orr yet Nebraska is no rival of Minn. Iowa and Wisc actually belong in the Big Ten.

Why do I keep thinking Rettke was a Junior this year? Is it because I'm dumb? Do I have the dumb? Have we not seen enough of her!!?! Maybe she wants to be the first person in NCAA D1 VB history to be a '5-time 1st Team AA'.

Granted, she'll (hopefully) win no championships in skunk red, whereas she might've been able to win some piloting the Gophers over 2019-2021, after paying her dues and waiting her turn in 2017-2018.

If I had the power to undo Jim Delaney's folly, I'd do it in a second.
If you're referring to Texas, then my hat's off to you and them. Solid academic school, actually would qualify for the Big Ten academically, and actually has a football team that might accomplish something meaningful *ever again*. Would welcome them, but I think they'd prefer to be independent in football, frankly.
If you're referring to Kentucky ... a state that mostly cares about looking the other way when college men's basketball coaches cheat their faces off to win games, and race horses, well then I'm not sure what to tell you. Also a school not good enough academically to qualify for the Big Ten.

And the Sweet 16 is the correct tournament finish for Minnesota.

And the Sweet 16 is the correct tournament finish for Minnesota. Yes, it was. With how heartless of a performance they turned in against Pitt.
Anything else?

there's a line for the National Championship! I'm sure that Skinner is an amazing coach, a great person, and has built Kentucky up the right way. I'm sure UK will pay him whatever he deserves to be paid to keep him, and fans will support the team as only a SEC fanbase desperate for relevance can. (think like Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, etc.) And I'm sure that the program formally coached to greatness by Mike Hebert and then Hugh McCutcheon deserved to win a championship before Kentucky did. Pretty much objective fact. Hey, I'll take Kentucky winning it so long as that means Wisconsin can't win it.

Pretty much objective fact. I deleted my response because I decided you weren't worth it, but since I apparently wasn't fast enough (and since looking at time stamps, you spent quite a while on your reply)... Kentucky:National Championship win rate in National Championship games: 1/1 or 100%National Championship win rate in Final Four trips: 1/1 or 100%Minnesota:National Championship win rate in National Championship games: 0/1 or 0%National Championship win rate in Final Four trips: 0/6 (yikes) or 0%"Pretty much objective fact."

I will say though, props to the poster who managed to squeeze Vanderbilt into a post on page 4 of a thread about B1G volleyball
