Russ knows this is a make-or-break year for his upcoming senior class.
He's all in, especially since a lot of B1G teams are rebuilding.

Rollins may have had a tough year due to injuries or whatever caused her to miss matches, but she is above average in serve/receive for an OH. Whenever I saw her in matches during Frosh and Soph years at Minn. she did quite well in serve receive. I only saw one match this year so if she had a fall off in passing I bet she will be back to normal or better at Penn St. I guess we can agree to disagree on that one. Wouldn't be the first time someone disagreed with me! Who would you say in the B1G has better passing OH collectively than Penn St. will have?

Is this sarcasm? Pritchard and Rollins were under a 1.9 this season, Parker doesn't pass. "Whenever I saw" is not a good way to evaluate passers. Rollins' ball control was almost as bad in 2019 as it was this year. She has been one of the worst full time passers in the B1G for two years now. I'm optimistic for her at PSU because I think their staff does a better job of coaching passers but to suggest Rollins has been an "above average" passer is not accurate.

Might as well have the Superteam concept infect women's volleyball too.

Can you post PSU's team passing numbers this year? Also, do you know what Parker's and Fitzpatrick's numbers were this year, individually? Much obliged.

It'll be interesting to see if there are any repercussions for Penn State long term poaching two pins from conference mates.
Russ won't be in Happy Valley much longer.

AC brought much needed energy to the court - I think it'll be tough to get her off the court.

Is it really “poaching” if the two athletes entered the transfer portal of their own volition and he recruited them? Unless there’s proof that he like illegally told them to come to campus or something.

Russ Rose doesn't need to resort to anything underhanded to recruit top players to Rec Hall.

Russ is a legend and arguably the greatest head coach in college vb history, but respectfully what passers have they done a good job with outside of White the last 3-4 years?

Good thing PSU has a plethora of players to DS for her, including Billinovic who put together a really solid season this year, and also AC Fitz who a good 6-ro player.

Is it really a "poach" if they graduated undergrad? Yes, I know they still have eligibility and they could have gone to grad school at their current schools. But, undergrad one place, grad school somewhere else is such a natural and common thing, that I just can't see it as a "poach."
