How does he still have eligibility? And if he has eligibility, why not stay at UCLA where he was basically guaranteed to start again next year? Chris Hall is a very good setter and it will be tough to take his starting spot, not saying he can’t though

I'm assuming USC has a grad program he wanted.

USC would be better off getting rid of Hall and having Kobrine set. Hall is a good setter but lacks composure. This hurts UCLA and is a neutral move for USC, in my opinion.

Yeah, I was going to say the Kobrine one makes sense because Sabrina Smith grad transferred too. Will Kobrine set or play at the pins? We know what the right move would be but this USC coaching staff hasn't always been masters of making good calls.
Very interesting to see if TC Cook unseats one of CSUN's liberos.

Also makes sense that Cook transferred to CSUN since that's where Ryan Damm is.
Anyone know if Damm is still on the volleyball team? I remember he was there in 2020, but don't know if he took a COVID break in 2021 or is no longer on the team.

WOW!!! I no longer think UCLA is the top team in the country to open next season. That is a huge loss for them. Partain will fill in nicely with time, but to lose the best setter in the country really hurts. USC just thrust themselves into the top fifteen, maybe even top ten. He was arguably the best all around setter in the country last year and is a significant upgrade from Hall. I'll bet no one is happier about this than David Hunt. Pepperdine may have just taken over as favorite in the MPSF. Anyone know the status on Jaspers transferring to Pepperdine?

Even though I am upset Kobrine is a traitor. Super cute couples tbh.

No one is better than Casey McGarry in NCAA Volleyball.
