Sold on Larson MBH ROBRO Carlini Poulter JWO Luke Chi Wash JT Drews Hill, KP OR SWP is last imo Question, and actually asking bc I don’t know the answer not bc I think I’m right or trying to be snarky, but everyone on VT seems to be 100% in on MBH as a lock and as our left pin terminator. To me it’s always seemed like she hits the ball at a low contact point compared to Kimmy, SWP, and KP and struggles a bit with passing like SWP and KP. Why is she a lock over KP and SWP? Is it because of her int’l club seasons? Or just general experience with team USA? I just want to understand her the way you all do, otherwise it could be fun to see the roster be two veteran lights out ball control OHs (Robo and Larson) paired with two young offensive OHs (KP and SWP) so I feel like my question got buried in Carlini or Hilley or whatever nonsense and no one ever addressed it, so giving it a bump bc I really do want to know |

MBH probably hits one of the heaviest balls on the team and when she's on, has shown that she can terminate better than our other veteran OHs. I'm not 100% she'll start, but she just brings a ton. |

Not only does she have a heavy arm but her passing appears to have improved greatly. She passed well this past club season. She is far above SWP and KP in that department. She also out passed the back line against Thailand with the most attempts. Passing will not be the issue for this USA team at the Olympics. As for Hill’s ticket to Tokyo... stats (all around, not passing)at VNL favor SWP, but the world would be shocked to not see Hill on that roster. Her experience will take her to Tokyo. IMO. |

IMO. aside from that, her performance last 2 matches, obviously she is adjusting from imoco's system/player to usa's. She will adjust in next few matches and who knows hill-mbh tandem will workout than larson-krob. |
