Looking at the rosters, do all the OH/Opp slashes mean that Belgium does some kind of unusual team rotation?

Their roster didn't distinguish which pin they played and most, if not all play OH for their club teams. But I haven't had a minute to go check who is playing where for them this VNL. basil may know |

Guilliams is playing Opp because she is a lefty. She can pass and even suited up as the Libero for Belgium in 2018 and some of 2019. She plays OH for her club in Germany. Van Gestal and Herbots are their OH's. Van Avermaet is their rising star MB who is quite good. I also like Rampelberg their Libero. She is getting the job done. Their setter, Ilka Van de Vyver is playing for Stuttgart next season which will be her biggest test in her career and could finally launch her into a bigger league.
This will be a good test for the USA. Herbots has been making corpses of some good teams in this tournament and the USA has not had to deal with a go-to terminal pin yet in this tournament.

ToddyJ's post above has a ton about their lineup, but they do almost run a China-esque system where their opposite Guilliams receives a ton of balls in place of Herbots. Herbots does pass at times but not nearly as much she used to, this makes her much freer to swing. |

Belgium has not played 4 sets all tournament. All of their results are either a sweep or a 5-setter.
Six of their 9 matches have gone 5 sets!
They went 5 sets against China, Serbia, Russia, Dominican Republic, Poland, and South Korea.

Would say it’s a pretty big long shot especially with having USA, Turkey and Japan this week. Their 3 matches week 5 are winnable with Thailand, Italy and Canada |

All their wins have been 3-2 so that hurts them a lot. They will probably need to go 5/1 and pray that Japan/Netherlands messes up, or go 6/0.
With USA, Turkey, Japan coming up, it's not looking very likely.
