yeah, and Heather Cox said that she needed some energy replenishers and stuff after the second set...hope she'll be recuperated for Serbia/Italy. This sounds worrisome. We've seen that that KRob subbing in MBH is not the move... just wish Karch would be open to letting Hill sub in for MBH if needed Agreed! |

Can we give MBH a freaking break?
Major props to the DR. I've been following this team for nearly 20 years and have gotten to see many of these players for much of my life. Feeling very bittersweet as I am proud and thrilled for USA, but devastated for the DR. This past year sees an end of an era for some major staples in my favorite underdog volleyball teams (DR and Thailand). So impressed that the DR continues to hang around and be pesky to major sports powers from around the world. The little island in the Caribbean! Much love!

They showed Poulter running onto the court at the end of the match and it looked like she was moving normally. Does her being healthy mean she gets her spot back or has Micha done enough to start in the semis?

If they needed it, that’s a huge W for USA confidence. DR wasn’t great but that’s what you’re supposed to do when you play a lesser opponent. And honestly sometimes that’s easier said than done.

Poulter has been so left side heavy that it's predictable and the hitters are going against more formed blocks more often. |
