I understand that in NORCECA there are the Haves (USA... maybe Canada but prob not) and the Have Nots (everyone else)... but how can the FIVB even allow a regional federation to play a continental championship and WChamps qualifier without a replay system in place.... in 2021?

Bajema led USA with 17 points. Cuttino had 11, Kramer 10, Frantti 9, Gates 8.
Ortiz and Abercrombie had 17 each for PR, Pillar and Reyes both had 15

Both USA coaches (men and women) decided passing wasn't a factor when selecting these squads.
