DR is so cringe when they use a blocking sub and play without a setter (esp. when Castillo isn't there) but they surprisingly score at a decent rate with it.

I didn't know another DR setter besides Marte... fun I'm hoping The Rocket Rita Crockett can contribute some development towards the young Dominican setter at FIU. She set DR to a silver at the U18 World Championships. |

This will be DR's sixth straight appearance in the NORCECA final.
DR looks to repeat as NORCECA champions for the first time ever.
This is only the second final since 1973 (2009, 1989) to not feature the United States.
Puerto Rico will be making only their second championship appearance (L in 2009 to DR)
