I think Puerto Rico has only beaten DR at the senior level ONCE in the past 20ish years. For as inconsistent as DR has been, they always take it against their island next door rivals.

Canada needs the win tonight. Any win puts them above Colombia and (more importantly) Thailand.
However, Canada gains points from every result other than a losing sweep, so not too bad.
USA will concede the #1 ranking to Brazil (by the end of the CSV) if they lose 3-0 or 3-1
