Who's the libero on the reserves/bench side of the net? If I'm not mistaken, it's Tim McIntosh, the current interim head coach at Sacred Heart. He was a great libero for SHU. |

Serbia - Bulgaria day 2 friendly match (2-2). Serbia once again controlled the first team games and then Bulgaria squeaked out a couple of sets at the end (overall 7-2 Serbia in games). Serbia is going to go play in the Wagner memorial with Poland, Iran and Argentina. Bulgaria will be doing some friendlies against Canada. Skrimov got hurt for Bulgaria and Katic for Serbia (dont know the extent of injuries)I'm all for getting teams prepared before tournaments by having them face players they don't see in the practice gym but the number of injuries we're seeing during these friendlies really calls into question whether the risk/reward is worth it at the end of the day. |
