Londot this 5th set has been…not it. A terrible time to cool down. She's a big part of the reason they lost that set. Just provided absolutely nothing. Can't swing that hard in sets 1-3 only to have absolutely nothing in the tank in Set 5. |

Congrats Purdue. Congrats to both teams for such a well played match. Londot gave her heart, her arm, her all, and just didn't have any gas in the tank in that 5th set.
There will be a rematch in Columbus, and certainly a chance at another meetup deep in the tournament.

But Londot just poured her soul out on that court. You can't be holding back something in reserve in case it goes to 5. That's not how it works. It's her teammates' and coaches' responsibility to find different answers so she's not leaned on so much. Not her responsibility to take some points off. |
