CU putting a clinic on Utah so far in 1st 2 sets. Buffs block is on fire...and CU defense getting the balls up.

CU is a much better team at home. The place they have played the worst over the years is WSU. Utah is so up and down. That 5 set match with Washington probably took a lot out of them emotionally and physically. They almost look out of it tonight. Hopefully they can turn it around and make a match of this.

CO's block and floor defense are better. Drews is hitting negative. Overall, Utah is making a ton of errors

Okay, I had a feeling this could occur. The Utah team, who has a big win and then drops a bad match afterwards scenario is occurring, which I had hoped it wouldn't. But this is becoming a trend now. Not too late to turn it around, but they need to find some energy and fight. COL definitely wants to show that they can get some good wins too, so they aren't just going to give it to Utah.

Drews is slowly climbing out of the hole. She's hitting 0.00 now (8 kills, 8 errors).

This is a repeat performance of exactly what happened to Utah after their 5 set win over Nebraska in Lincoln... next match go to Boise St. and got spanked 3-1 and just left everyone scratching their heads! Emotional 5 set win over Washington... whoever they play next gets a walkover win!

They can't be doing that in the NCAA tourney because they're are no let downs after each match, this should be a good experience for them come tourney time.

24-20, match point for CO. Utah is challenging a touch call. If they lose the challenge, CO has match point. Call upheld
