Honestly, who knows if we'll get Nembhard or Bonde. Or both. Probably both.

Just by looking at the names on each roster, Baylor sweeps both nights.

This is a trap match. I think Baylor should sweep the series. But KSU does have some stars on their team. I expect two Baylor victories. It wouldn't be huge surprise to see KSU eek one out. If they're going to pull the upset I think it has to happen Saturday night!

Baylor is a legitimate national championship contender. KSU will be fighting for an at large. Any win by a Big 12 team over either Baylor or Texas will be huge for their tournament chances, while it will be very punishing for BU or UT in their bid for those coveted top seeding positions.
All that said I expect this to go about the way most first round tournament games go. It's not that KSU doesn't have a chance, especially on their home court, but it's not a good one. Just have to hope Baylor is misfiring, they keep it tight into the late sets, and then pull out three wins for the match.
One other thing, Manhattan, KS is by far the toughest place to get to on a road trip in the Big 12. I doubt it will have an impact on the matches unless something goes wrong, but every now and again I've seen it be a minor factor.

If the Baylor receiving from early in the season shows up K-State can steal a match. If The Baylor passing from Florida on shows up it will be tough for K-State to keep up.

why ESPN+...live stats it is There will always be a lot of ESPN+ showing Big 12 volleyball games. If either Texas or OU are hosting they sold their tier 3 rights separately. The rest of the 7 schools (8 including OSU which doesn't field a women's VB team) bundled their rights and sold them collectively, although KU has a special deal (i.e. more lucrative) due to their men's basketball team. I got it simply to see the Big 12 VB games, but there's a lot more content on there, too. In pregame warmups here. Brian Smoller and Liz Wegner-Busch are the announcers. Just typing it here because I always like to know.

TV timeout. Baylor up 15-13. It looked like Baylor might create some separation at 14-10, but K-State scored the next 3 points to keep it close.
Carter for K-State having a phenomenal match so far.
And of course, anytime Pressley does anything it's like Marilyn Monroe walked in the room. She's just breathtaking to watch. Looks like she's a superhero out there.

K-State down 18-14, called a timeout.
Huh. They have a sideline reporter for this match. Katherine Benhardt. I'm not sure I've seen a sideline reporter outside of deep tournament play. I didn't realize this broadcast commanded that kind of budget.
