So, what do we think in the 5th? Minnesota is usually money in 5th sets but not sure I have much confidence in them tonight lol especially without Landfair

MN having two top 15 wins and MI having none would account for that. I’m not trying to hijack the thread so I’ll stop after saying this: Two top 15 wins and some 5 set wins over unranked teams would make sense for a team ranked around 15-20 or so, but top 10 seems too high. One of their wins is over Oregon who went 5 with Harvard, and they lost to Florida who has lost to Florida St and Miss St. Michigan has lost to West Virginia, North Carolina, and scored 42 points in a match last week. Also, Oregon swept Penn St. and Minnesota also beat Stanford

For how good Samedy is, why does she struggle to hit on the left? Samedy is actually very strong on the left. Strong enough, along with her digging, wouldn't be surprised to see her switched there for U.S. team.

Not sure if this one is worth it. Do they get a 3rd going into a 5th? If so then why not.

Yup. They got smoked off the court last week by Nebraska and now look legit.

I’m not saying Michigan should be ranked. I don’t have them ranked. Just saying they seem pretty close to to Minny in terms of average ability.

Just saying they seem pretty close to to Minny in terms of average ability. 2 teams playing each other closely, while having vastly different results against other teams, doesn't mean they're close in ability.
