I'm curious why this job is being posted right now. In the middle of the season, what gives? Did the coach leave or get bounced? Coach has informed administration that she will not return. They are trying to get a jump on the process by posting now... |

$50k with no teaching or admin requirement? Close enough to the DFW area to get some good kids. I feel like this could generate interest. |

Southwestern Michigan College (JuCo, DII) has posted for third time.
This could be a great opportunity for someone. They are starting (actually re-starting) several programs over the next couple of years and they have invested good amount of money into facilities and other upgrades. Good location for recruiting Michigan as well as northern Indiana and northeastern Ill and northwestern Ohio.
Salary is 36k - although not great, it is not horrible either.
Will start play fall of 2022.

The University of Dayton (NCAA Division 1 in the Atlantic 10 Conference) will be looking for
a Volunteer Assistant Volleyball Coach. Interested candidates should send a resume to assistant coach Timmy Balice at tbalice1@udayton.edu.
Please label Subject Line "Volunteer Assistant Candidate".
Under head coach, assist in all aspects of the volleyball program including but not limited to the following:
- Promote student-athlete and team performance through on-court coaching, skill development, preparation, and video analysis.
- Utilize DataVolley and DataVideo software to analyze team and opponent game film.
- Assist in formulating scouting reports, statistical breakdowns, and opponent video breakdown.
- Assist in the on-campus recruiting of prospective student-athletes.
- Work in connection with coordinator of volleyball operations in team organizational aspects including travel, scheduling, and day-to-day functions of program.
- Other duties as assigned by head coach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to engage in communication with administration, staff, and student-athletes in a professional capacity on a daily basis.
- Previous coaching experience.
- Self-motivated and proficient in managing schedule and responsibilities.
- Experience with DataVolley and DataVideo software.
