Also, Wieczorek is being linked with Ravenna but one account said that ownership did not want to spend money on a player that won’t make the team better. *ouch*
Vibo is also linked with Nelli.... a guy who keeps failing places (last year at Belogorie and this year at Can es). The only positive to signing him is that he is Italian.

Now that I've renewed my Volleyball World subscription, what are the most exciting Milano replays to check out? Trying to see my boys Ishikawa and Jaeschke in action! Disc808??? netsetter??? I just saw this one now. Monza - Milan was the first one to come to mind.

It is probably true now as Vibo already announced the termination of contract of their Italian Opposite Fabio Bisi.

Lube looked good in a sweep over Padova… Bottolo had a nice match but Loeppky struggled.

Lube looked efficient. Zaytsev on the left with Yant since Lucarelli's injury and Juantorena will being out.
He hit over .560 with no errors. Gabi did his job well.
Loeppky seems to be having a rougher year this year than last.

Verona knocked off Trentino in 5. Great match by Mozic and Jensen. The team looks good with Raphael running the floor.
ALSO: They are delaying the start of the Modena/Monza match 15 minutes awaiting the results of a Covid test.

Staffs from both clubs leave the floor. Annoucer from Modena comes out and says there will be no game. The crowd exits the arena.

Mozic and Jensen were fun to watch, a lot of fun.

Spirito lost his position to Raphael. Sbertoli hurt his finger on a block in the first set.

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, I've been really busy with graduation, vacation, and the holidays. Can't wait to catch up a bit this week!

Doubt you'll see Perugia at full strength at Trentino today.
Matt probably still out and Gianelli and another player tested positive today.
Match is still a go....which is a total suprise actually

If not then it should not be too much of an issue for them. Missing Anderson is not much of an issue, he has been average at best as of late. As long as they can count on Plotnytskyi, then things should be fine. Perugia still seems to have the same issue with their opposites like last season, so missing either Ter Horst or Rychlicki will have little influence.

Plotnitsky is starting in place of Anderson, Travica is starting in place of Gianelli, Mengozzi starting in the middle for Ricci. We are getting reminded of why Perugia couldn't win it all last year (Tragica, I mean Travica).
