I realize Anderson was coming off of an illness, I just wish Grbic would try Anderson, Leon, and Oleh as the three pins for Perugia.

They have good pieces but can’t seem to click. They need Porro in system as much as possible so that their OHs can get good looks

Milano's block/serve come up big, and they are able to win in 5 sets. Pretty entertaining match IMO

He already played this last game as a service sub and from halfway the 4th set onwards as a sub for Plotnytskyi.

Looks like Padova has some positive Covid tests and will postpone their match

Monza wins in 5 against Taranto. Very offensive match, particularly for Monza's outsides

Piacenza absolutely blows a 19-16 lead and loses 1st 29-31.
Thomas J was sharp.
Rossard was awful.
Is Russell not ready to go? On the outs with the coach? Wtf

Bernardi has always found creative excuses for not playing Aaron Russell, even back to their Perugia days together. I'm shocked Russell was willing to play for him again this year

We've had the take on my show before that Aaron Russell should go to Taranto
Think about it. Taranto isn't nearly as bad as their record says, they don't have very many foreigners so they would have no problem starting Russell every match, and they need an offensive outside. Russell needs a place to play every single point and be "the guy" to get his confidence back. He'd almost certainly keep Taranto out of relegation position. Think about it!!
