thats the end to a pretty disappointing season for Piacenza right? Kind of. But yes. All the teams knocked out play a round robin still for the next month to take 5th place. Kinda crummy actually. Piacenza will have a complete revamp next year it seems. Including a new coach I would assume. Not sure Brizzard wants to stay there especially on a contract that was negotiated before the Olympics. Holt and Russell are gone for sure. |

The game plan seemed just so stupid. You start with Catania, an OH you can't set the ball to because you want better passing. Then you put your OH who has been passing well on the bench... just to try an undo it. Then Recine comes in and does absolutely nothing for a few sets.

thats the end to a pretty disappointing season for Piacenza right? Yes. They have been one of the most ambitious teams the past two years trying to put together a roster for success and they haven't done so. |

What an awful message to start the match to the team and player....a young one that that would played and PASSED the ball extremely well last match. Lorenzo Bernadi can't get out of his own way. |
