Kansas was doing the taped ear lobes. It was as noticeable as Texas with the fingers. Not sure why.

It's a new earring. You can't take it out or the hole closes up, but you can't have it on for the game. So you cover it. I think it's stupid players can't wear jewelry during games though but that's a whole different conversation |

It's also worth noting that covering it with tape is annoying at first but then after a while you realize it's easier to just cover it every time to take it out, even if it's not gonna close up. So most players who go through having to do it once generally just end up doing it every time. |
