Londot was 4-4-13 in that set, but I don't think I actually saw her get a great set...lots of little taps over the net.

Purdue did a great job fighting back to tie and then had two critical errors to give OSU the cushion. Not a lot of room for mistakes in this match.

I was just thinking that it seems like Cleveland isn’t the most terminal opposite, but also seems like she doesn’t make many errors. So i decided to look up her stats and she only errors on 8% of her swings on the season, which is actually really impressive for an opposite

22s. If you don't have good ball control, the Purdue block will shut you down. This Buckeye squad is so good defensively but seem to really struggle to transition. They do better when you hammer it at them than when it's a routine pass. Weird. I saw most of the match at Purdue and the whole match when they steamrolled Texas Tech in Lubbock, doing better against the Red Raiders than another ranked team I could mention. |
