Great sweep. I thought after the first set the team looked very nice. Madi is the best OH in the Big Ten at this point in the season. I know the Big Ten isn’t full of top OHs, but she’s undeniably been the best in the conference season.
Illinois’ defense was very off and on. Sometimes they’d make some good digs, but then miss some relatively easy ones. I’m nervous that they’ll be much better at Huff Hall lol

granted I didn’t watch the whole thing but that’s got to be the worst I’ve seen Kuper play. Nebraska seems pretty consistent now and I thought Illinois was good for taking Purdue to 5 twice but now I’m starting to think that is saying more about Purdue…. Illinois also went 5 with NW and Iowa so yea. With that and the pathetic performance today I don’t think they or Purdue are as good as I thought |

Between Indiana and Illinois, Madi had 35 kills on .383 hitting. 5.83 kills per set.
