Nice sweep! Good to have Campbell more involved in the offense. Don’t know if we’re going to get much more from Vicini though

Stanford did a great job of bettering the ball. Smart playing all around. Also much better at serve-receive and serving. Most of CU's servers don't serve tough, and with new players and others out on injury/suspension -- it still has people confused on who is covering what.
Colorado did a great job of blocking in general...and has the last few games. Jahara Campbell has only played a few matches as a starter and keeps getting better -- and it looks like she is finishing up her recovery from injury since her hits are getting better.
With 3 starters gone since start of the season, Colorado needs to figure out who is covering what and STOP TIPPING. Learn to transition with what you have ...and not just let the other team run their offense. Colorado has only hosted 3 PAC matches so far and does better at home, so they should do better in Boulder.

Colorado’s a good team but I thought this was the best match Stanford played this season.. better passing, defense and offense. I hope they continue to play defense like this.

Yeah, never saw Stanford play as well as today. Haven't seen every match, but most of them...and they were dialed in very well in all facets. Tough luck for Colorado.

The tipping may have been by design- Stanford was getting murdered on tips (and short serves, which CO was also doing quite a bit of) earlier; they seem to have figured it out, for the most part.

Nah. Colorado Coach tells them to tip on balls they don't like. It's annoying....especially since other teams will swing at half the balls CU tips. This is what Colorado's Clayton did well as the 2nd highest PAC Kills Per Set leader before she left (3rd now). She tooled a lot and swung at a lot more balls -- and Stanford did the same today. Tools are better than tips.

Colorado needs to be more aggressive against these 7 teams that are better than them. If you are going to lose might as well go down swinging. Tipping and serving conservatively is not working.

This was the best Stanford has played so far. imo CU's passing also made us look good too, but credit our servers who were dishing out some nasty stuff. The game plan was good as we were tipping into the doughnut early which caught CU completely off guard. And, I saw a lot of high hands and tools off the block today, especially Francis and Baird. Great balance in our hitting today and got some production out of our middles, but mostly Campbell.

Kipp had a few errors on the left side and on the bic, not too mad about it since she ended up hitting .346. I thought she took some really nice out of system swings on the right side. Ro. 1 still worries me a lot and a good defense will read Kipp on the bic in Ro. 4. Hopefully Kipp finds more shots and angles on the bic (and I still worry about the foot faults).
Francis was finding ways to put the ball away, and mixed up her shots. Good match for her, but she did benefit from being matched up with a short right side block. Baird also feasted today, but I was impressed by her tips/tools.

Stanford has as good of players as anyone in the country. Their problem, because of covid restrictions they had, is they had virtually 17 months of no real practices or development. They should, and they are, getting better every week. Still not sold on Miner, but Stanford has elite players at every other position. I know one thing, only a fool wants them in their half/quarter of the bracket in December. . . We’ll see how it goes. . . 🏐
