Francis should watch Newton from Purdue. She hits high and hard, great deep angle.

Sheesh Baird with 4 aces today Nine aces for Stanford. I miss the Sprockets t-shirt toss for aces.

Stanford has as good of players as anyone in the country. Their problem, because of covid restrictions they had, is they had virtually 17 months of no real practices or development. They should, and they are, getting better every week. Still not sold on Miner, but Stanford has elite players at every other position. I know one thing, only a fool wants them in their half/quarter of the bracket in December. . . We’ll see how it goes. . . 🏐 Not sold on Miner? huh?

I notice that the Buffs outblocked Stanford. Say what? I suspect it was all the dinking, few kills, but few errors too. Colorado had fewer hitting errors than Stanford. I realize that Stanford has not covered tips very well, but this strategy is silly. I was taught to tip as an offensive move off a good set, not because you didn't like the set.

What about her game is worrisome to you?

And I thought Miner’s sets to Campbell and Vicini were a little bit faster.
This team is improving every week. So much potential.
