It all really is insane. People normalize things pretty quickly so you just get used to all the moves, but these massive changes and the possible implosion of the PAC is just wild.

I'm honestly hoping that the Washingtons, Oregons, and the Bays get together with Utah to keep a semblance of the PAC together. I understand realignment is exciting and money is money, but it would be a sad day for college sports for the West coast to have no major players in the landscape. Adding Gonzaga and Boise State could also be interesting. A little PNW sports league.

It's all so unfortunate. utah was already like "ugh hipsterfilth doesn't get it! its about the MONAYY!" and backed out of my lil sports league idea it was a good 15 min thought experiment. maybe stanford will be like "we don't need money!" and the other schools will be scared bc of the expensive flights... a girl can dream.
