I feel like Purdue misses M. Hornung more than Jael tbh The MSU pins blasting the ball past and around the Purdue block feel otherwise. |

Purdue plays well against ranked teams: but Shondell doesn't have them ready when the opponent seems like it should be easier!! This loss is poor coaching |

Purdue downgrading themselves from a team everyone wants to get in the s16/e8 (over seeded) to the team nobody is going to really want to draw a round earlier.

MSU played above their baseline and WELL DONE
You can say that the pressure was all on Purdue as the ranked team but Purdue didn't play scared
They faced a team that stayed more in system and hit well OOS.
Franklin & Max-Brown were in the zone. Wow!
Ellis was quite the shot in the arm for Purdue in the 4th.
Had her near miss at 7-8 been in the outcome might have been different.

Credit to the Spartans for taking big swings in S5, they did not play tentative. Remarkable to see this team play so clean offensively.
