Opportunity for Huskers also; shows which way they are going! Old Man, Thanks for the reply -- was worried about you since I hadn't seen many posts from you lately. At least Nebraska should be very hungry for a win given what has happened recently. This could be another nail biter, hair falling out, acid reflux type of match. I'm going to try to remain calm throughout and respect my furniture. Respect your furniture? Guess that might explain your name ... lol

Illini pull off the upset, just like they did on the gridiron.

Illini pull off the upset, just like they did on the gridiron. I didn't know it was possible to upset the Huskers in Football. Not because they always win, but because they are always the underdog.

This week, talking about great setters, Coach Cook said the opposing setter who impressed him the most since Nebraska joined the big ten was, by far, Jordan Poulter, Illinois. He said what she could do amazed him.

If some enterprising National Geographic videographer experienced at creating super slo-mo videos of gazelles gliding through the air could go back and do a series of Poulter to Quade bics set to Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries" he could retire a very rich person.

From previous years (2018 and 2019?) I seem to recall parking on the street and walking as much as a mile--maybe from north of Huff. Is that no longer a good option?

You're welcome! There are metered spaces on some of the surrounding streets as well as metered spaces in some of the nearby lots. I suspect parking at State Farm Center is free since they're offering the shuttle but don't quote me on that. The best parking for price and proximity is the lot directly adjacent to Huff Hall on the east side of the building- it fills up quick but it's free to park there. The closest walk without a shuttle is the metered lot west of Main Library---> Google Maps

Hello, Im going to be at the match. Im bringing my Mom who is a big Husker fan, although she mainly watches football. She is slowing down a lot at her age. She just moved here after spending most of her life in Cincinnati. I was hoping she could meet up with fellow huskers, does anyone know if they are meeting as a group at a restaurant or something? I had meant to propose organizing something a local brewery but was just too busy this week. Ill check this thread before we take off in about an hour.

All the street spaces and the metered spaces in the lots are free after 6. The farther north you wander the more pedestrians and harder it will be to find parking spaces, even at night. Gregory, the eatst-west road that is on the north side of Huff is a terrible road to drive on with all the students wandering all over the place.
