That won’t happen, they don’t care about v ball at ASU. Tomasevic isn't going anywhere. I don't think people realize that Tomasevic took a team that was picked to finish second to last in the Pac-12 in the preseason, to nearly making the tournament until the last couple weeks. Also they're slated to return nearly all of their starters from last season. This team is better than you think. ASU may have its issues, but coaching is not one of them IMO. I agree with you, they are getting better. I am saying sanja won’t ever be on the hot sear because ASU has other issues with basketball and football.

They need to get a specific passing coach maybe though, because that has been their biggest area of struggle.

Anyone know much about this DS/libero is? We all know ASU could use more back row defense help.

Didn't get much playing time this year, and unlikely to next year, so makes sense to transfer.

Anyone know much about this DS/libero is? We all know ASU could use more back row defense help. Hmm not sure, looks like she played sparingly at K State. Volleymetrics has her passing a 1.8 on the year, so not sure how much of an impact she will have at ASU.

As I correctly predicted, ASU has hired former Cal / Baylor MB (and AZ native) Preslie Anderson as a volunteer assistant coach.

TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Volleyball will play in three tournaments as part of the spring training to prepare for the fall 2022 season, including one at home in Desert Financial Arena on April 2.
"The team has been working really hard this offseason and getting better on and off the court," Arizona State Head Coach Sanja Tomasevic said. "We are looking forward to competing against some other quality teams from the region. This will be a nice preview of what Sun Devil fans can look forward to this upcoming fall."
The Sun Devils will start their spring schedule on the road on March 26, traveling down south to Tucson to compete in a tournament at Arizona. On April 2, ASU will host teams in a tournament at DFA. Finally, the Devils will hit the road to San Diego State on April 23.
The tournament at home on April 2 will be free and open to the public.
The 2022 Sun Devils return all but five from the fall 2021 roster, including nine who started a match last season. All stat leaders are returning with kill leader Iman Isanovic, digs leader Annika Larson, assists leader Ella Snyder and blocks leader Claire Jeter.

Got a chance to watch ASU at their spring tournament. They swept through a collection of former athletes "AZ Sizzle" and New Mexico State 3-0. They played Arizona 3 sets 26-24. 24-26, 21-25. These two teams should make the tournament next year and will have 2 amazing battles in the coming fall. Great volleyball

Pretty solid pickup. She went to Chaparral HS in Scottsdale; always nice to get a local to transfer home, especially since ASU currently only has one other AZ product (Shields).
