I'd think Crenshaw could get the start in this one again, and WA will sweep in 3, but if Tkachenko shows up to play, then OSU will keep at least one set close and maybe sneak one out.

I'd think Crenshaw could get the start in this one again, and WA will sweep in 3, but if Tkachenko shows up to play, then OSU will keep at least one set close and maybe sneak one out. There are several possibilities for Crenshaw that could say something about what Cook is thinking going forward. She could be in for Hoffman again, which might indicate more concern about whatever nagging injury Hoffman might be dealing with. She could go in as OH2, possibly indicating more consideration of her holding that spot down. She could also go back to DS only as well (I hope not). It will be interesting to see.

If Hoffman rests this out again, I’m hoping she plays even just a set so she won’t be rusty playing against Oregon Sunday.

This just isn't a good matchup for OSU physically. If Hoffman is out, no big deal, as her backups are good enough to mostly make up for her loss. This should be a 90 minute, 3-0 sweep.

Crenshaw starting as OH commentator said Hoffman should be ready to go by Oregons match. Right now she's playing back row defense as a DS only.

Looks like Hoffman is back row, Bush front row today.

I don't get why announcers make a big deal out of coaches or teams not arguing against replay decisions. It's against the rules to argue against one, and it can draw a card. You can ask for clarification, but you aren't allowed to argue against the decision.

in/out early challenge by OSU UW up 8-4 call reversed Turned out to be a key call, because it was the start of a big run for OSU. Now 9-7 Beavers.
