Someone please enlighten me as to why Penn State would get a top 16 seed ahead of Stanford (per NCAA.com and that nutcase Chester). They're 2-8 vs. ranked teams (and will end up at 2-9 if they lose to MN tonight). And Stanford not only beat Penn State head to head earlier this year, but were 7-8 vs. ranked teams. And they lost 3 consecutive games while missing 3 starters and up to 7 total players. because psu os way better by the eye test. they can play with anyone hmmm...1-3 vs GA tech, 0-3 vs. ORE, 1-3 vs. NEB, 1-3 vs. ILL, 0-3 vs. NEB, 1-3 vs. OSU...gotcha

BTN announcers keep talking about PSU competing for a top 16 seed as if them getting a seed wouldn’t be utter blasphemy. PSU will have 4 top 25 wins if they win this- there’s definitely 7ish teams ahead of them based on last weeks RPI that should not get seeded (FSU, Marquette, Western Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi St., UCF, Rice). PSU will have more Top 25 wins than all of them. For that matter they will most likely have more Top 25 wins than Florida and Oregon too (if PSU wins this). I think PSU should get a legit look at a seed with a win here. Now after saying this a lot of things have to go right for PSU to get that seed

Now PSU absolutely should have a better look at a seed over Stanford based on RPI

Wow, I looked away after that Myers serve because that ball was halfway through the floor. Are the refs asleep?

IMO This current version of Penn State is significantly better than the version Stanford beat. This current version of Stanford is probably worse than the version that beat Penn State.
