Impressive win for Nebraska. Show of hands: how many people think Purdue bounces back and actually sweeps someone in the first round (The 3-1 win thing had been their M.O.)? My hand is raised. I wouldn't read anything into this game, some teams just match up against a specific team better than others - or worse. This happens in all sports |

I think Batenhorst has an incredibly high ceiling. He worked her backrow earlier and she was swinging back there too. If she can become effective at 6 rotations…that’s a scary thought. Krause is a national-teamer and would be the one I think is most likely to end up with the best collegiate career of the 3 frosh OHs. Batenhorst #2, Lowenstein #3. |

What an impressive win by the Huskers. They could have easily phoned it in after Friday's disappointment but they came out and made a statement. I thought they played with their hearts out yesterday! I felt we had a better team than Purdue! The Huskersn played with determination today and were rewarded for  it! |

But regardless, I have no issue with them battling it out for who can reach the highest. Haha def no favoritism-I think Krause will be great as well. |

Back from the match 😢 lucky shirt (loser) exiled to bottom of laundry bag 😛 great play by Huskers on this long road trip 👏 Boilers looked so bad in those first two sets with unforced errors 😳 amazed they won set 3 😃 Huskers with no mercy in set 4 😬 with the loss, my Boiler VT record prediction is 100% accurate at 23-6 👍 great visit pre match with VAC Kelly Hunter (who CK met with her mom and sister Lindsay when she was just 10) and VAC Ryan Voderer (former Lindenwood libero who was on many of my MIVA broadcasts)😎 good luck to Nebraska in the tourney but Boiler Up Purdue 💛🚂🏐
