They have to beat that team anyway. They’re not a program happy to make it to regional finals. What’s the difference to them if they have to play Louisville in semi or final? They could get screwed in their seed and get an advantageous draw, or get a good seed and get screwed by draw. I don’t think the range they are in is going to matter much at all. If their goal is to get to a FF they’ll have to beat a good team on their floor to do it, the when doesn’t matter much IMO. As a program Nebraska hopes for more than an elite 8 every year yes. However, given the field and this Nebraska teams season so far I think they should be content with a regional final apperance. They are certainly capable of more but I think a regional final would be a good achievement for them. I actually think they have a better chance this years than last two, because of the field. The depth is great, the high end beatable.

I’m just saying given the performance so far this season (still a good season) a loss in the elite 8 would be nothing to hang your head on.

Might as well not seed them at all then and send them to one of their subregionals! First round maybe? That scenario has you having to beat multiple teams who are as good it better, not even close to point I was making. As I stated, given the range of where they could fall win or lose, I don’t see it matter much at all, ESPECIALLY as draw, not seed is as great or greater determiner if fate. Again, this is my opinion.

Question, this may have been addressed before, but is Kruase injured? I didn't see her play at all against Whisky.

While Kubik had a great stretch of matches offensively, they’ve had nobody able to consistently kill the ball from the three pin positions. Remarkable they’ve done as much winning as they have given that fact.

That and her performance off the bench against Penn State when Krause wasn't having a good match.

Had a decent game the last time out against Purdue, though. Guess we'll see tonight.

The final outcome wouldn’t be disappointing but I think the season as a whole is.

I’m going to root for Nebraska so they gain some momentum in the tourney. I have no faith in a Purdue post season.

Interested to see how nebraskas defense shows up tonight. I feel like that was one of the key factors as to why Wisconsin won over Nebraska.Barnes had 22 digs while Rodriguez had 13. It really baffles me that Wisconsin has 4 players on the court at times that are what 24 or 25 years old?? Nebraska at times has 3 freshman on the court. Hoping for a win for Nebraska! GBR!
