I got two general admission tickets. The system seems to be working fine now. You should get there early...there are crazy Wisconsin fans who will be there 3-4 hours before the Wisconsin match to take all the good general admission seats.

Thanks again, robtearle ! Glad to hear the masking status. And I tried the "one ticket at a time" gambit, but still no luck. Someone on the MN thread has been in the "wait while we find your tickets" limbo for over 15 minutes (when it says it could take up to three minutes), so the system seems to be having issues. I guess we'll have to see what shows up later in the day (or week). Success at last! I have our tickets downloaded to my Apple Wallet, so we're good to go! Now to find a hotel and hope that we have reason to stay in Madison beyond Thursday!π€π» Thanks for your help, robtearle ! Best Western Inntowner is walking distance to the Field House; a mile, give-or-take. No idea about how much $$ etc.

I had already booked a (cancelable) room there last night in hopeful anticipation of things working out! It seemed to be a reasonable walking distance from the Field House -- although I hope it will be a bit warmer than it is today here in Mpls!

Still able to get single GA tickets on the Wisconsin site. Oh also, what a steal! ony $18 for all sessions if you get the Senior ticket.
Decided to wait until Saturday to go, since I kinda want to watch ALL the matches on Thursday.

Hello again, helpful Wisconsin fans! I have a couple of additional questions that you may be able to help with: 1) How early do the doors open prior to the scheduled start times of a match? I know that the schedule may be different for a Regional than for a normal WI home match, but past practices may be instructive.π 2) What is the masking requirement in the Field House? Thanks for any info you can provide. 1-The doors open one hour before the match, so one hour before the first scheduled match. 2- Masks are required at all times when not actively eating or drinking.

I must admit that I wasn't intending to go to Madison but the Gophers' performance against Stanford turned the tide. I am looking forward to watching two great matches at the Field House on Thursday!!

The last time I went to a Gopher-Wisconsin VB match in Madison we finished dinner early so we arrived about 25 minutes before the door opened and we weren't the first people in line. On the other hand, we did get good seats and were able to spot a few more Gopher fans and wave them over so we had a small group of Minnesota people in one spot.

Who has friends in high places - Is McGraw still injured? Passing held up without her but she still is the best passer on the team.

I hope at the very least she is able to travel with the team. It would be nice to see her on the bench cheering on her teammates.

FYI: I haven't seen anything official, but I assume there will be open-practices on Wednesday, open to the public. And if they follow the same schedule and seeding order as last week. it would be Baylor at noon for 90 minutes, a ten minute break, then Minnesota for 90 minutes at 1:40 (and then UW at 3:20 and UCLA at 5 PM)

I rewatched the Baylor-Minnesota match from the beginning of the season. Can tomorrow's match be here already?!?
