There’s something about this Nebraska team. I feel like they can win it all. Will they? I’m not sure
Respect on Pitt though. I love watching LMM and Ndee and now Fairbanks. There is a hunger and grit to the Pitt team which is a powerful intangible.
Side note, I love that 2 Kamehameha alums will be reunited next week with Akeo and Akana squaring off. These young ladies grew up learning the game together back home in Hawaii. Imua!

Nebraska is peaking at the right time but I think Pitt takes this. They're just so solid at every position and I dont see Nebraska's pins having another all time great match like they did last night. But man, I am beyond excited to watch Rodriguez dig bombs from Member-Meneh. Should be an incredible match.

nation’s top defense and one of the best serving teams doesn’t have anything to do with it at all I’m sure.. you’re exhausting. My explanation was spot on. When I made my comment the poll was 19-5 in favor of Nebraska. Seems kinda absurd if 19/24 neutral parties think Nebraska will beat pitt after all both teams have achieved this season. It makes more sense that it was a bunch of Nebraska fans. I didn’t even come for Nebraska in my post but you still had to defend them same could be said for you though. You had a great point in your first sentence and then had to add the second pile of dung to cap it. Exhausting seeing the same "poor overlooked everybody except B1G" posts on nearly every thread from you. |

Fairbanks has been an absolute revelation for Pitt and she’s one of the most fun players to watch this season.

I see that so far, Nebraska seems to be the overwhelming favorite to win this match. Why were they a 10 seed? Was it just for scheduling purposes? I watched the 1st set last night against Texas, and they looked like they should have been seeded higher. Thanks for any insight. because there’s approximately 4764356466 more Nebraska fans on this board than Pitt fans. People also love to jump on the “pitt is overrated” band wagon so that could play into it For me it's more that Nebraska appears to be peaking as usual and are always a tough out. Taking out Texas on the road was convincing enough for me to not pick against the Cornhuskers. Clearly they will need to hope Member-Meneh isn't as unstoppable on Thursday and they can contain Gray as well. Will Kubik and Lund bounce back to their usual level? Ndee and Stivrins were both pretty quiet yesterday too. X-factor of Fairbanks for Pitt and whether Batenhorst and Krause can come close to their amazing efficiency against Texas. |
