idk if they'll amp it up as San Diego hasn't been passing as good as other teams so idk if there's a reason to risk the errors, I feel like they would keep it as aggressive as they've been doing it or water it down a little I thought we served aggressively for tOSU and they can barely pass a ball. I’d say at least at that baseline. If we can’t make Blossom run at least a bit, we’re toast. I don't know about toast, but it certainly lessens the odds considerably. I'm with you. It's a strength of the team. This is not the time to be dialing it down. |

Okay, Austin media, the story is Longhorn Volleyball from now on! They are really good! Eggleston should be NPOY! Focus on that! Winning in the Final Four is really hard! If they do, great on them! They still are great Texas Student Athletes, regardless! Focus on that great story!

I keep forgetting to talk about Bella Bergmark since her contributions in the Austin regional. I feel like she was such an unsung hero; not because she came in when her number was called and put up huge offensive numbers; but because when her number was called, she was undoubtedly prepared for that moment. Will one of our bench players be called upon tomorrow to fill a void in some capacity? Not sure. But, the way Bella stepped up gives me confidence that several other backup players have been preparing all season and will be prepared to contribute in the match if/when their number is called. asserted herself immediately and made a huge difference in a short time. |

I know my job thinks I’m antisocial because I never go to the social outings they plan but who in their right mind plans a holiday dinner celebration the same day Texas plays in the semifinals?? It’s really not my fault 🤷🏽♀️

As far as serving, I think there could be some early jitters for both teams which might lead to more service errors in the first set. If that is happening for Texas, I could see dialing back the aggressiveness a bit and gradually picking it up as the match progresses.
