Looking ahead and replying to a post I saw, I think a solid OH from the portal would be great. Would UW go after Anna Dixon? I think there will be better OH's in the portal than her when it's all said and done.

I realize you all have been unhappy with how the Huskies have fared recently, and I know injuries are playing a role in that, but I am not thrilled to see them coming to Madison. Painful series history for UW fans, as opposed to U Dub fans.

Painful series history for UW fans, as opposed to U Dub fans. UW has two starters, Powell and Hoffman, back from that 2019 team. Grote and Crenshaw were on the roster. Note: It was Hoffman's later injury that effectively "tanked" that season. While this team is much more efficient offensively (.288 vs .260), its blocking has been much less effective (1.77 vs 2.65 blk/set). UW has struggled against strong blocking teams.

Sorry to hear about Hoffman later in 2019. She shredded the Badgers in Madison that year, and everyone did in Seattle.

Thank you seniors! It feels like y’all have defined Washington volleyball for half a decade… oh because you have 🤣. Some exciting ups! (2020 Tournament) and some unfortunate lows (second half of 2022), but it’s been a memorable class nonetheless.
Time for the new crop of recruits to take over, excited to see what the future holds!

UW seemed to play without passion or intensity. I feel sorry for Powell as she was probably the most skilled Husky setter in the last two decades.

Painful series history for UW fans, as opposed to U Dub fans. Honestly glad to see the Dawgs out first round. Been sick and tired of everyone blaming their season on injury - because there are plenty of teams that have dealt with that. 6 are on the court, but most teams have upwards of 20 rostered athletes - at a place like UW, injury shouldn’t always be what tanked their season. Maybe Cook just ain’t it for UW?

Maybe Cook just ain’t it for UW? I’m sure he is fine they are fine. That conference in general plays with limited energy (except maybe usc). Sometime those athletes come across as too cool or just very stoic.

Maybe Cook just ain’t it for UW? He's the same coach when the team won Pac12 last season. And the one before that and went to the final four. Were you questioning if he should be the coach then?
