no i know that. She's with Nomos (they're on VT) my original concern was she's with a professional agency, shining stars. but I asked someone who knows similar situations and they said they sign as "consultants" as to get away with staying amateur. So basically she's a professional volleyball player, just not on paper. Sounds like some gray area that could get really messy for the NCAA. well, no. she's not getting paid for playing. id have to look up what the ncaa considers and stuff (but honestly, its going to be a gray area anyways) im sure they've all sorted it out.... sounds like its been in the plans since last may.

Sounds like some gray area that could get really messy for the NCAA. This made me laugh (not at you)...but could things possibly get any messier for the NCAA?! Why...yes, they could! The way things are going...starting to wonder when the NCAA will implode.

But that is also common with Europeans and some South Americans (and allowed by the NCAA) In other sports as well, and even with Wisconsin. Current women's hockey player Sophie Shirley played in the CWHA the year before she came to Wisconsin. There are protocols for that, and fortunately the athletic department here has handled it on multple continents. I'm not concerned.

Bonnie will get it down. Fortunately she will only have to call her name serving and starting. But on the visitor courts, who knows? Rutgers has a lot of practice with Russian names so that experience may come in handy.

It looks like GG will do!
She seems bubbly! Need to get the killer instinct.
Remember when they did the Polish and Italian videos? And the "Canadian" one with the Chesterfield? Can't wait for the Turkish version.

This is a huge get for the Badgers. Their one big ? coming into next year is was Libero....now they got the best Libero from Europe. Great day! It also explains why Sheffield said, in an interview after the National Championship, that the future is bright for the Badger program. He's known about this for a long time. Yes, we have a lot of senior leadership to replace, but this team will be stacked coming into the season. They will have some growing pains at the start of the season, but this team can be very strong going into the NCAA tournament.

they're referring to two different things. badger alum said best in europe, madden is reading that as all of europe... not her age group, which she received those awards (which badger alum is referring to). wisconsin put in their release, she's the best of europe in 2022... which is a bit of fluff imo... but everyone does that lol

Well I knew what Badger Alum meant. Because I read the article and was familiar.
Agree, it's fluff, but so are 6'1 athletes. 😁. Seriously are there any 5'11 Athletes?
Although, I think Gegorski.
