I think one indication that new coaches are organized is how fast they get the new page up listing the new coaches and the list of players known as of today.
Let it be known, Tyler and Long Beach State University have their page up. Which is good news IMO if parents want to check to see who the coaches are or contact them or if they want a clue if the new group is organized.
