even if it is majority Wisconsin fans, take their ticket revenue and run lol Yeah I'm curious how that'll work. The Bucks will certainly be taking some of that, if not most...

Strongly disagree. Creighton playing “home” games against Nebraska at CHI Health Center is nothing but a positive for that program, despite more Nebraska fans being there. Same thing here. PS. Get it off of Flo and onto FS1. This is an imperative! Please please please! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Marquette was paying around $10k net per home game (plus $2 a ticket) to the Bucks for their old arena. I imagine it's a lot more for Fiserv, but 15,000 volleyball fans at a match should be profitable for Marquette.

The new Bucks ownership came in and have squeezed Marquette so hard that they at least did some research on building an on campus basketball arena. I don't think it was every close to being a real possibility, but they did their research.

Not sure how many people will drive to Milwaukee from Madison on a Wednesday night. Wish it was on a weekend. And for the local sports fan just generally into sports - the Brewers are also playing that night (I know, not much crossover anyway, but still, might prevent a few otherwise curious people from attending. Actually, the Crew playing that week might make ME more likely to attend a baseball game before and/or after volleyball.

I’m coming to the safety of the Big East thread for this one.
Initially I was like Marquette is playing with house money at this point so losing to Texas in Austin is whatever.
But this week reminded me how arrogant the UT fan base is as a whole so screw that, time to go out there and rip it from them on their home court.

Alright, need some pins from the portal for Marquette. Setter and middles are locked down, probably need 2 pins moving forward if they wanna compete with the top of the top.

They were looking at Sarah Kushner (Illinois State) That doesnt move the needle. An opposite would be a good move. Foti is a great player and probably a better teammate, but they need a better presence there.

But that ain’t happening.
