I can't wait until the rematch between LMU vs USD this Thursday at the Jenny Craig Pavilion at USD. It will be a televised match on ESPNU? Will there be a loud boisterous crowd for USD? OLE OLE Toreros!!!

So I have the USD Pacific game on in the background, and I start hearing the name Herzog being called, which was really strange because the last game I was at she wasn't on the bench and I haven't seen her play all season. So I check the stats and I see Herzog with 11 assists. What the heck is going on? Is San Diego so out of sorts at setter that they're going with a freshman who is listed at MB? Start looking at the screen, and despite the abysmal video quality I can see that it is definitely Tercariol wearing number 13, which is the number that Herzog is listed with in the roster. Anyway the announcers are loving the "freshman MB setting" for USD.

Play by play says Tercariol is setting, but she's listed in the box score as number 13 but with zero stats. Not sure who is being credited with the 41 assists for the team, because they seem to be being set by a ghost. Hopefully the official NCAA stats are correct. |

I wonder if someone forgot to pack the correct jersey for this match? Or maybe there was an accident involving mustard at the pregame meal?
Good win today for USD. Pacific is always much more competitive on their home court.
