Is this legit? USD is a beautiful campus and an easy place to recruit. I’d love to see them make that next leap as a program. yea barring any last minute changes. What a get for the Toreros! WCC Setter of the Year potential. I think they need a dynamic passer or middle to get them over the hump. |

Blossom to USD would be a fantastic plus for the program. I love the two returning middles, Frohling and Lukes. Now, if they have people to pass the ball to her, it would be even better!

I’ve got a fear based on absolutely nothing that in between deciding on USD and making the announcement, Salima at ND changes her mind. ND school is a more prestigious USD and apparently every setter in the country wants to play for Salima.

I hear a grad transfer OH might be in the mix. Would have to be either absurdly terminal or outstanding 6 rotation to pique my interest and be okay with a grad transfer bumping out one of our favorites, though I have to admit I’m not convinced USD has a great 3rd option at this point. I have been hopeful about the incoming class. My dream would be for the OH who is on the shorter side (6’0” being short!) to have ridiculous hops and a lethal swing - those are my favorite players to watch. |
